- Assist Dr. Bamshad by documenting his patient interactions into the electronic charting system (via EHR) - Assist the office staff and nurses by filing, scanning, writing up progress notes for the charts, pulling charts, reading laboratory samples, and taking vitals - Aided in prescription orders as directed by the physician - Help the physician translate for Spanish speaking patients
-Provided customer service to residents, staff, and guests -Processed and distributed mail and managed resident information -Monitored and used office equipment such as phones, radios, copy machines, fax, scan and filing -Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, along with leading tours for prospective UCR students.
