My role was working in the inspections team to ensure the quality standard of contact lenses produced in the manufacturing facility. I was responsible for conducting inspections and testing lenses and then approving or rejecting them. This required strict maintaining of auditable quality records of testing such as information on rejected lenses, type of defects per lot and tests conducted.
I was responsible for providing high level of customer service ensuring the clients satisfaction while shopping. This involves assisting customers with their requests and maintaining a fully stocked store which is well presented and tidy.
