    As an Americorps I helped create the job training program-Small Batch Detroit which serves two purposes: 1. Supply high paying wages and valuable culinary trainings to alumni of our after school program 2. Increase product revenue to attain program profitability and sustainability for Detroit Food Academy Over the past 3 years I have been developing a program that supplies working hours to Detroit youth (16-24) producing their own snacks and foods to sell in retail outlets and local markets.
