Joined the Tractebel Global Power Division to support the growth of the On/Offshore Renewables department. Main focus on multidisciplinary projects within the global energy transition (OE, Technical Due Diligence, Lender's Engineering assignments, WRA, EYA, Design review,...). Main tasks: - Safeguarding compliance of internal sales procedures within the Renewable Energies Department. - Contract management - Liaison with internal stakeholders regarding risk management, ethics and compliance,... - Define and support Tractebel's commercial strategy - Uphold geographical presence in key markets through targeted client selection - Perform Due Diligence investigations in line with Tractebel's global Ethics & Compliance framework - Subcontractor selection for projects globally to support procurement division - Support integration of new sales tools for CRM (Salesforce) and cost calculation - Take up expert role as Planisware key user - Contract review and negotiations - Set-up of global framework agreements with key clients - Support BD activities for specific markets and clients
Coordination of scale-up within the dryer media division. Roll out of in-house desiccant production.
Joined the Sweco family after integration of TEMCO engineering services within the SWECO group. Main tasks: - Expand the Sales & Business Development of engineering services. - Supporting the integration of acquired Temco activity portfolio within the Sweco Industry Division. - Guide contract (re)negotiations to allign with existing SWECO procurement framework. - Communicate business integration of TEMCO / Ecophos within global network of contacts.
