IT Engineer with experience supporting and administering ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Azure Portal, alongside a broad range of enterprise applications and operating systems. I have supported Microsoft 365 packages, Cisco applications, Windows 10, and bespoke software, providing reliable technical support in fast-paced environments. I bring a strong teaching and training background, having delivered user support, knowledge sharing, and documentation, alongside experience running my own businesses and contributing to specialist technical projects. Alongside my IT career, I studied Music Technology, achieving an MA in 2016. During this time, I gained extensive hands-on experience operating, supporting, and troubleshooting a wide range of music hardware and software, primarily within Apple OS environments. This included tools such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, plugin management systems, studio and live audio equipment, and analogue recording hardware including reel-to-reel tape recorders. This blend of technical problem-solving, training capability, and cross-disciplinary experience allows me to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while adapting quickly to new systems and challenges.
