In October 2024, following Salonized’s acquisition by the Treatwell Group, I transitioned into the role of Data Product Manager. - Lead a team of 8 analysts and analytics engineers, partnering with 9 Product Managers across the product engineering organisation to own the data strategy for SaaS, Payments, Support, and CRM domains across European markets. - Championed self-service analytics across the organisation by launching Looker Embedded Analytics and Conversational Analytics (Gemini), empowering PMs and commercial teams to explore data independently, reducing ad-hoc request volume and accelerating time-to-insight for marketplace, search, and venue performance decisions. - Delivered v1 of an AI-powered lead scoring model end-to-end, from variable selection and target definition through validation, then deployed the score into Salesforce via a dbt + Segment reverse ETL pipeline, enabling sales to prioritise high-value leads. - Completed a three-phase HubSpot CRM enrichment programme (foundation, reverse ETL MVP, product analytics enrichment via Mixpanel), connecting venue lifecycle data and Ledger metrics to the CRM for the first time.
Data Project Management - Created and developed the data team, laying the groundwork for a 30% increase in analytics output using an agile framework. - Implemented a modern data stack (dbt, AWS Redshift, Stitch) from the ground up, reducing ETL processing time by 40% and ensuring scalable, robust infrastructure. - Led the transition from Tableau to HEX as the primary BI tool, improving data visualization capabilities and increasing user engagement by 25%. - Acted as project manager for the data team, delivering 95% of key initiatives on time and within scope.
