Through secondment, worked for Studychoice123 Foundation as project manager of the Annual National Student Survey (NSE) and the Study Database. Optimized test procedures, collaborated with Nuffic (a program for foreign students), developed procedures for data quality, advised on quality, privacy, and contacts with institutions and organizations within higher education.

Created a generic provision for identity management and linked it to the lending system. Developed a new library card with RFID. • Database Incidents Cultural Heritage Project, October 2005 - February 2006. Developed database and website. • Internal commission, 2002-2003. Lead a business intelligence taskforce that focused on developing a process for information management and providing business intelligence advice to customers. • Albert Heijn (Zaandam), 2002: During a migration project of Oracle databases and development software, created project documentation and was responsible for administrative organization, planning, and control. • Elisabeth Hospital (Tilburg), 2000-2002: Used Designer 6 to develop Oracle business applications, following the Probaat project methodology, based on the IU/RAD and SDM methods. Created functional designs, test procedures, user sessions, training, and documentation. As administrator for Oracle Discoverer (business intelligence tool), advised users and provided training in information management.
