Owner of the Group's Management Reporting infrastructure, providing robust and defensible reporting of financial performance for the Board and Senior Leadership team at one of the UK's leading digital banks. FCA certified role for Starling Bank under SM&CR. Responsibilities include: - Ownership of the end-to-end production of the monthly Group Finance Pack, including reporting for the UK Bank and Engine by Starling, the Group's SaaS subsidiary. This pack is presented to the Finance and Executive Committee's each month and with the Board on a bi-monthly basis. - Leading a team of 15 across multiple sites and Group subsidiaries with the responsibility for the month-end close process, driving efficiencies as the Group scales. - Ownership of the implementation of product accounting requirements in key systems for the Group including core banking systems and ERP (Netsuite)
