Jacob is a Director in KPMG's Consulting division. In his consulting work, Jacob's client focus has predominantly been across the financial services and aerospace sectors, working with many local and international clients. His functional expertise is in strategy, business model and target operating model development, program delivery and lean / operational excellence improvement. Jacob previously served as the Head of Strategy and Enablement for KPMG's Consulting division, leading the transformation of the business, simplifying market positioning, consolidating operational structures and moving to an industry and product-centric operating model. Jacob has also led the establishment of KPMG's Global Space Industry practice in recent years, bringing together people and capabilities across 20 countries.
