Currently work for Dow Chemical as a Supply Chain Rotational Program Specialist. My first rotation I am an Outplant Logistics Specialist, specifically focusing on working with Outplant Logistics Managers. While currently in this role, I am working on a project eliminating excessive dunnage/packaging supplies locally in the Houston surrounding areas. Previously, I worked at DHL Supply Chain Management as a Quality Operations Supervisor. I have filled this role at multiple sites in the past year; growing as a leader by managing work flow for my associates, leading minor projects to limit errors within the distribution center, creating and updating work instructions and release the documents in Logics database and conduct internal audits. Also have experience due to working at three major companies: Merck Pharmaceuticals, Bank of America and Volvo Group Trucks as an intern. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) and Management Information Systems (MIS). Strong operations professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
