Semantic Signals Lab - Developed an interactive exhibit demo based on published research study to eventually be displayed in the Kamin Science Center, showcasing a radar-based health monitoring system using TI mmWave Radar sensing technologies - Researched published scientific work and applied digital signal processing algorithms such as Fast Fourier Transform, bandpass filters, and smoothing algorithms to enhance data fidelity using SciPy and NumPy - Integrated camera pose-tracking model using OpenCV to find areas of interest for heartbeat and pulse detection on subjects of different sizes - Modeled real-time processed graphical output of accurate heartbeat signal using Matplotlib - Created bash/batch scripts to handle multiple Conda environments and Python scripts
- Contracted to create “Octane Calculator”, an Android application using Java and Android Studio - Designed robust codebase to make algorithm modifications faster and easier to implement
- Graded exams and provided feedback to guide students in preparing for the AP Physics C exams
- Taught various lessons including binary arithmetic and full/half adders to a class of 36 students - Analyzed and guided students though debugging process on both physical breadboard circuits and Multisim circuit simulations
- Operated and maintained 3D printers and laser cutter dedicated for public use - Provided tours of makerspace and assisted over 100 patrons using makerspace equipment - Kept detailed paperwork of past 3D print orders and appointments for government records
