About

I focus on developing state-of-the-art gene therapy for genetic diseases, most notably including cystic fibrosis. In my Ph.D., I studied how the mucus layer affects therapeutics including nanoparticles, peptides, and small molecule drugs. Now as a postdoc, I develop lipid nanoparticles for mRNA delivery via a combination of deep learning and novel experimental techniques.
