In this role I was primarily working with our Elanco and Sanofi customers in our Multi-Client facility. Responsible for solving serialization issues, completing UAT testing, resolving EDI issues that get sent and send to the customer, lead Systems calls with our customers, deal with on-site IT issues, WMS errors, managing Blue Yonder and Steplogic accounts, and creating modules and reports using SQL to support our operations. These modules are used to send out email alerts to our team to make sure issues that arise are resolved before leaving our facility. They also can be used to show our productivity in different aspects on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
