I am presently working in AL- MIRQAB FACILITIES MANAGEMENT as FACILITIES MANAGER. I am working in this firm since 2020 September to till date. Presently assigned in Al Wajba palace. looking after the properties of HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani. Assigned in 3 palaces at Wajba, and his farm houses, tents, beach house etc. Previously worked as an Operations manager at AL ASMAKH FACILITIES MANAGEMENT. assigned at Al Sadd and Alwaab Operational area, particularly focusing on daily reactive and proactive activities of corporate, residential, commercial and staff accommodations. Organizing Planned Preventive Maintenance for all equipment, coordinating with Fire alarm Fire Fighting services, up gradation for villas towers and apartments. I have 16 Years of experience in Facility Management and Project Management field of Electrical Engineering, and also experienced in the coordination of AMC and PM work of various equipment, Administration related activities and Maintenance Work of various Electrical Utilities like (HV, LV, Transformer, Breakers, Motors, etc.) Managing residential buildings with 3588 units which contains corporate clients such as Qatar Airways, Dlala holdings, Awqaf residential compounds, and Ritz Carlton Hotel staff accommodation, College of the North Atlantic Qatar residential buildings, Consolidated Contractors Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and MGallery Hotels staff accommodations. In regards to manpower requirements & planning, I utilize daily man hour on operating the site without any extra cost involvements, as well as motivating the team to work more than client’s expectation (housekeeping, cafeteria, soft services, dispatch, helpdesk, landscaping, vendor Management, processing vendor invoices). Planned and executed many cost saving measures and raised employee satisfaction levels and also motivated them and bounded them into a team which has shown significant increase of business and guest comments.
