Responsible for the corporate financial management for MFA globally, the overall corporate strategy and organizational changes and development. Developed and executed a new framework for the corporate MFA strategy in close cooperation with senior management. Focus on developing more intelligent procedures and strategic target setting in all areas to enable MFA to take advantage of the possibilities that the rapidly changing world brings to the table, among them the most important changes paved by technology, including tech diplomacy.
