I’m a seasoned transformation and innovation leader with 25+ years of experience empowering global organizations, especially across Latin America, to align people, purpose, and performance. Recognized for architecting measurable, people-centered strategies, I co-created the Deep Dive diagnostic framework and the RESHAPE executive program, which have driven lasting change for 50+ companies and 5,000+ professionals across industries.
