Together, they have delivered on a wide range of interim and search assignments for 400+ private equity houses in the past 5 years alone. He is a trusted partner to PE investors, Operating Partners, CFOs and their senior teams. Jack prides himself on being able to leverage an incredibly strong network to deliver fasted-paced, confidential assignments across a wide range of requirements. He has an exceptional track-record of hiring into fast-growth, turnaround/restructuring, carve-outs, exits, pre and post deal and mid-cycle transformation projects. Typically, Jack is spearheading complex roles and team-builds. He is still an active Interim Management consultant, placing Interim CFOs and supportive interim professionals into some of the most high-profile funds across Europe. Jack has been voted Leading Provider Consultant by the IIM for three consecutive years; 2024, 2023 and 2022. Having been promoted through the ranks to Board Director, Jack is the youngest member of Finatal’s leadership team. Having joined the business as a graduate in 2017, Jack has seen the business grow over 10x in both headcount and revenue.
