Storage Post is a 33-store self-storage management company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. With over 100 employees, 30,000 customers and 3MM square feet spread over five states, secure real-time technology integration and Business Intelligence are critical factors in Storage Post’s ability to deliver out-sized returns to its institutional investment partners. Mr .Wilson is responsible for all aspects of Storage Post’s technology strategy and implementation focusing specifically on projects with direct impact to customer experience, corporate security, management company revenue and commercial real estate valuation.
Mr. Wilson was responsible for design, prototyping and sales engineering for PGi's flagship Global Collaboration Services platform which seamlessly integrated voice teleconferencing, web / video conferencing and enterprise authentication for the largest companies in the world.
Mr. Wilson created a high-functioning, globally-distributed Product Marketing organization at LivePerson. He successfully merged the Proficient and Liveperson technology offerings and ensured a smooth transfer of enterprise clients from one platform to the next. Managed all aspects of the Atlanta office including personnel and real estate matters. His team validated Liveperson’s technology architecture with regard to product vision and the requirements of LivePerson’s enterprise customers.
Mr. Wilson was a founding member of the private equity backed Proficient Systems team responsible for product management, client implementations and overall SaaS platform strategy. Mr. Wilson developed relationships with large clients such as Bank of America, IBM, Home Depot and Siebel Systems. He was instrumental in the successful exit to LivePerson and sole executive on the acquisition transition team.
Mr. Wilson managed functional design for the VerticalOne core web-based service including the evaluation of third-party product and services for potential integration. He was also responsible for ensuring that the R&D teams delivered the necessary product functionality on time and at the necessary level of quality.
