I am a student at the University of Georgia pursuing a dual major in Risk Management and Marketing, with a strong interest in how operational discipline, compliance, and strategic execution drive organizational success. As Vice President of Recruitment for a 150-member organization, I directed and executed more than 30 events while ensuring adherence to university and IFC risk policies. I developed a structured prospect tracking system that improved engagement and conversion, ultimately doubling pledge class size year-over-year through disciplined planning and measurable strategy. As a member of the executive Risk Management Committee, I have been directly responsible for member safety, compliance, and property oversight — leading a mold remediation initiative, coordinating inspections, negotiating with vendors to manage costs, and liaising with insurance providers to ensure policy compliance and effective claims processing. In addition to my business background, I bring several years of broadcast media experience, having worked in radio and live sports commentary roles in both Atlanta and Athens. This experience has sharpened my communication skills, composure under pressure, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
