I’m an associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York, primarily advising private equity and public company clients in high-value transactions. I also have experience in corporate finance and credit analysis, including financial modeling and financial markets research. I also have experience supporting the corporate finance, accounting, and legal functions of early-stage startups in the tech and renewables spaces.
As a corporate associate, I have supported global PE, VC and public company clients in investment fund formation, fundraising, continuation vehicle, rated fund financing, preferred equity investment, activist shareholder / takeover / proxy defense, corporate governance, securities issuance (including IPOs and high yield debt), tax equity / renewables, and other large-scale and complex transactions. I actively participate in pro bono matters focusing on 501(c)3 formation and governance.

Performed theoretical research in corporate finance, behavioral economics, and the impacts of securities regulation on decisionmaking.
