I’m an Application Coordinator at Epic Systems specializing in retail and specialty pharmacy implementations. I currently support two customer organizations spanning 12 pharmacies, partnering closely with pharmacy and IT teams to design, configure, and optimize Epic solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term scalability. I bring strong in-system expertise to my work and serve as a go-to resource for Inventory and General Ledger workflows. I enjoy diving deep into Epic to solve complex problems, translate operational needs into effective build, and customize workflows that reflect how customers actually work. In my role, I guide customers through design, testing, and go-live while managing priorities across multiple pharmacy environments. I’m known for my ability to troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly, and provide reliable ownership of complex application areas. I’m focused on growing in my current role and expanding my impact by supporting more customers in the pharmacy space, particularly where strong system knowledge and thoughtful configuration can make a meaningful difference. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing and spending time outdoors—activities that mirror how I approach my job: problem-solving, adaptability, and steady progress toward a goal.
