I have more than 20 years of international talent management experience across industries in North and South America, with an emphasis on the consumer, retail, and healthcare sectors. Presently, I am leading the Korn Ferry Human Resources center of expertise in South America and also participate as a member of the firm’s Consumer, Human Resources, Healthcare and Legal practices. Previously, I led the regional Legal Compliance and Regulatory practice for Latin America and managed the HR, Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare practices on a local level.
