Jackie is an educational leader committed to advancing student wellbeing, social-emotional learning, and intercultural understanding. With a deep belief in the power of inclusive and restorative practices, she designs culturally responsive pedagogy and builds collaborative, student-centered systems that foster belonging and empower every learner to thrive. She is highly skilled in developing and managing data-informed student support structures, cultivating cohesive and inclusive teams, and championing student-led initiatives that strengthen community engagement and voice. Jackie’s leadership is grounded in empathy, reflection, and a global mindset that values diverse perspectives and shared growth. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Education, Culture, and Society from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) Certification and Fellowship in International School Leadership. Originally from Long Island, she brings over twenty years of experience amplifying student voice and leading impactful school initiatives in New York, Philadelphia, Dubai, Delhi, Bucharest and now Riyadh, where she serves as the Middle School Associate Principal at the American International School–Riyadh (AIS-R).
