Throughout my career, I’ve led global qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that inform product innovation, claims development, and go-to-market strategies across some of the world’s most recognized beauty brands. At my core, I’m driven by curiosity. I love digging into human behavior, connecting the dots across data sources, and translating insights into clear, actionable strategies that make an impact. I thrive in fast-paced environments where there’s always something new to learn, and I’m energized by work that challenges me to think differently and push beyond the obvious. I also genuinely enjoy building and leading teams—mentoring others, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where people can grow and do their best work. Some of the most rewarding parts of my career have been helping others develop their skills and confidence while working together to solve complex problems. Outside of work, life is just as full and dynamic. I’m married with two very active kids, so there’s never a dull moment. When I’m not working, you can usually find me traveling, planning our next adventure, or simply trying to keep up with our busy schedule. I’ve always been drawn to experiences—whether that’s exploring a new place or learning something new—and that same mindset carries into how I approach my work every day.
