- Personally created a canning supply chain for the brewery, managing multiple stakeholder relationships – gaining a 20% discount per individual canned unit, as well as reducing the “total mileage” of the beer from 600 miles to a carbon neutral, onsite process - Conducted numerous product launches, writing all copy, creating photo and video content, as well as writing weekly marketing emails and running all social media accounts - Manned off-license outlets, providing advice and service to off-trade customers. - Developing the breweries understanding of its customers through phone-banking online customers to gain insights that would contribute to the brewery’s schedule and strategy - Negotiated and aided in production (writing, voice over, acting) of a professional advert with independent media company receiving a full day’s filming, weeks of editing, and specially made props for only £180 cost to the business - Aside from office duties, was an eager pair of hands in the brewery; learning almost every task in the brewing process; from racking to cask management, and warehouse logistics
As part of my role as Activities and Development Officer, I sat on the Board Of Trustees of the LSESU, leading the strategy for an organisation with a £7 million annual turnover.
