Currently an M.S. student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology focused on using data to understand and improve how organizations develop their workforce. My experience has been in areas such as mentorship, work orientation, and employee development, where I’ve used real world data to evaluate what drives engagement and performance. I’ve conducted statistical analyses in R and focus on translating those results into practical insights that can inform organizational programs and decision-making. I’m particularly interested in how AI is beginning to shape the workplace, especially how it can support decision-making and employee development without losing the human element.
