I love solving difficult problems and thinking outside the box. Throughout my career, I have been driven by intellectual curiosity and the thirst for new skills and experiences. Whether it is figuring out how best to implement a new policy, spearheading new campaigns, or even planning special events in the office, I strive to make sure that my team understands and follows through. I have worked in the banking and financial field for over 4 years and have experience in seeing how each job family contributes to a branch's overall success and development. My current role as a leader and operational head in the branch has allowed me to seek out interesting and creative ways to be more compliant and better serve clients, increasing business results and decreasing risk for the firm and our clients. I have a wealth of knowledge and a unique skill set but is thrives in working in a team capacity. I believe that trust amongst teammates help better develop each other skills and gives everyone an opportunity to shine and prove themselves. My skills are in operations management, client and customer development, risk management, business development, people development, sales management, and business line developments.
