I began my career in the hospitality and entertainment industry, working for many years with Haven Holidays where I brought energy and fun to guests through entertainment. I then transitioned into the gaming sector, starting as a Bingo Host and working my way up to Session Manager. Craving a complete career change, I joined DASA as a Claims Handler and quickly found my niche. My dedication and people skills helped me progress to FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Team Leader. From there, I became increasingly involved in the claims process, taking on responsibilities such as training staff and reviewing claims for insurers. My curiosity and drive led me to develop strong connections with the engineering side of the business, and I eventually progressed into my current role as Engineering Manager — a position I genuinely love. Throughout my career, I’ve been known for my outgoing, bubbly nature and ability to connect with people. I'm a confident communicator, always bringing a bit of cheeky charm into my work while maintaining professionalism and focus.
