Retail Models & Analytics Team Own end-to-end development and deployment of customer risk segmentation models and credit risk parameter estimation for risk-weighted assets calculation
- Developed a Power BI dashboard (including using DAX) for the tracking the team’s issues, allowing for data to be easily visualized and updated in real time, streamlining communication with stakeholders - Used Microsoft Power Query and VBA to automate the team’s internal issues management process, reducing errors and time spent on manual processes
- Provided advice to McGill researchers on data analysis, statistics and programming challenges relating to their research as part of the Math 527 - Statistical Data Science Practicum course - Fall 2023 Project: Developed various neural networks (feed-forward, convolutional, spatially dependent) in collaboration with TD Insurance to predict the monetary value of damages caused by urban fires in Toronto - Winter 2024 Project: Researched and implemented counterfactual explanations to provide interpretable machine learning models for credit default data
- Analyzed KRI data in Excel for various business lines in GWM, helping to identify problem areas for future risk assessments and mitigation efforts
