Experienced delivery professional, with a deep understanding of housing and regeneration policy and a background both in central government and the housing sector. Currently responsible for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s (MHCLG) Regeneration and Housing Portfolio Office; overseeing a multi-£bn portfolio, spanning capital grant and loan funds plus complex legislative-led reform programmes. My experience is backed by strong technical knowledge, I am a chartered management (CIMA) accountant, Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner, and a graduate of the Infrastructure & Projects Authority’s flagship Project Leadership Programme.
