About

I am a Clemson University Alum and Electrical Engineer. Through my deep connection to motorsports I Founded the Collegiate Racing Series, providing real wheel-to-wheel racing to over 60 universities worldwide. Having earned my Racing License and MSF Level 2 instructor License I now instruct future race car drivers and occasionally find myself racing on track as well! Thanks to my history of competing in motorsport, I am dedicated to furthering my academic career in the Automotive Engineering sector. I am proud to have earned an opportunity to work alongside the faculty and staff at Clemson's ICAR facility on research and as a PhD student.

As Course Director for Clemson University’s Motorsports Engineering course, I lead the design and delivery of a first-of-its-kind program developed through a partnership with the Collegiate Racing Series (CRS). In this role, I guide students through the complete transformation of a donor vehicle into a fully prepared spec race car over two semesters, combining classroom instruction with real-world engineering application. The course emphasizes vehicle dynamics, safety systems, suspension tuning, data acquisition, and race engineering, giving students direct exposure to the technical and teamwork demands of motorsports. I collaborate closely with Clemson faculty, industry mentors, and CRS leadership to ensure academic rigor while preparing students for careers in motorsports and automotive engineering.
