Worked in a Marketing consultancy agency for a year as my University work placement. Ingenuity consults between brands and their advertising agencies and this gave me an insight into the industry from both a brand’s perspective as well as for an agency. I learned to identify sales targets, make contact and build relationships by email, by phone and ultimately face-to-face. At our events I hosted my clients and supported their engagement with the advertising agencies.
