My role is to ensure that every client receives the best value for their investment by guiding them toward the most suitable course, with the right level of support and the most effective learning pathways — all at the most competitive price. By doing so, I ensure that each student feels fully supported and empowered, gaining the education they need to grow both personally and professionally.

  • Head Bartender at The Ivy Collection
    Sep 2024 - Jun 2025 · 10 mos

During my time working at The Marlow Ivy, I have learnt a wealth of skills such as; people skills, the ability to multitask effectively, how to organise a small team to work efficiently as I progressed into a more senior role within the bartenders, in the short time I have spent here I have progressed quicker than anyone else in my department and learnt that I learn best when working with my hands, being able to understand the processes by doing them only once and then relying off muscle memory. This is especially important when making the 227 cocktails that we offer in a fast paced environment, memorisation and practical application is required across the board.

  • Cocktail Bartender at Monty's Bar
    Jan 2024 - Sep 2024 · 9 mos

While working at Monty's Bar I have gained a much higher level of social skills, social awareness, co-ordination and speed of work. Taking and completing multiple cocktails at the same time where each have multiple different counts and ingredients that have to be done to a very high standard to keep the companies reputation as a professional cocktails bar and to minimize wastage to keep business up. While learning the cocktails was hard it allowed me to understand how my brain functions and improve my memory through different techniques and training myself. This experience makes me best suited to general bar and cocktail bar work or work in a high paced and fast environments with direct employer to customer work where I will be making conversation and providing assistance to them.
