After being made redundant in my long term career at Lifetime legal, I decided to take some time to travel and enjoy Asia/Australia. Now returning to look for a new career.
Main Duties - Lead, manage and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Liaising with Sales Team to determine direction. - Producing monthly report on Sales team performance - Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity - Sales recruitment - Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews to monitor the achievement of individual KPI's, and provide developmental or corrective support where required. - Ensure the sales team is motivated through creative incentive schemes and reward. - Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team in a timely manner - Performance review meetings. - Processing monthly commission and expenses.
