Since joining LMI Legal in 2016, my focus remained in insurance law, with a particular attraction towards contract interpretation disputes and litigation. In my areas of interest, I regularly present at various insurance and law associations. I adopt a pragmatic approach to litigation, with a keen interest in the technical and factual facets of a case, and the most economically efficient solutions.
