-Lead multipliable project teams/suppliers to define, plan, monitor, control, report. Implementing improvement projects as part of improving the performance of a business, through the application of appropriate LEAN & quality improvement tools. To support and facilitate the plant improvement projects to develop and improve the plant performance in terms of Quality, Delivery, Cost and Capability. 在公司新加坡发动机风扇叶片厂，负责生产工艺持续改进项目。 针对生产过程中一次合格率低，废品率高，返修率高的情况，通持续改进项目提高合格率，降低废品率，减少返修次数. 项目进展过程中协调各个生产部门，从工艺程师，信息部门，现场操作工人，到设备维修保养部门，调动相关资源，确保项目按照计划实施。熟悉发动机叶片的生产工艺，与工艺工程师共同发现解决生产中出现的技术问题，改进生产工艺。
