Buildings, civil and bridges structures design and assessments: -Wai Ariki Spa complex Development ($40million, reinforced concrete + timber + steel) -MoE projects (timber + masonry) -Buildings ISA and DSA Construction MSQA/CPS Engineer: -Rosedale Wastewater Treatment Plant. -Northern Corridor Improvements bridges and civil structures($700million+). -Library 27 apartments. -Low rise timber framed buildings.
- Seismic retrofit design for bridges on the AT network. - Responsible for the Detailed Seismic Assessment of bridges - Live Load bridge assessment for New Zealand Transport Agency: on behalf of the Auckland Motorway Alliance, I was responsible for structural reviews and assessments of motorway bridges on SH1, determining if current assets can support overweight vehicles. -Preliminary Feasibility Reports : project feasibility, option analysis and cost estimation of civil structures, such as retaining walls, culverts and bridges. -Buildings and bridges ISA and DSA. - Spark upgrades structural design(towers and building mounts). - Timber framed/portal buildings design. (Structural modelling programs used: LUSAS Modeller, Etabs, Microstran, SAP2000 & Space Gass)
Took on the role as a site engineer in the construction of a 40+ storey apartment building in Taiwan. QA monitoring of materials and construction. Attended weekly progress meetings with developers and architect. Liaising with architect and project engineers on progress and issues on site.
