Employee development is important. As an HR Business Partner L&D I have great ambitions to help an organization learn and develop. I am proactive, creative thinker with a passion for impactful learning. The important things to remember if you want to an L&D program on the agenda within your organization is by using Top-down or bottom-up, Focus on the biggest stakeholders and their biggest pain points, Keep an eye on the workplace, Start small, Make it measurable and Pitch it.
In my role as strategic HR Business Partner L&D I am responsible for all kinds of learning and development issues, change processes, advise stakeholders for the entire organization. I work on a proactive approach with a focus on delivering added L&D value to the business. Adding value to an employee's development or team is a major motivator.
As HR Manager Learning & Development I am responsible for the development program of all employees within the Verstegen organization. I am involved in business operations. I develop policy on education and advise management on innovations towards an inspiring and ambitious vision for the future of learning and development. I establish annual training plans and multi-year strategies that match Verstegen's vision. To do this, I identify future development needs of employees and create a curriculum to enable that development. I manage and assess the quality of education and bear responsibility for the implementation of educational innovations.
As Manager Operational Training I am responsible for the companywide operations training strategy that is in line with the LWM strategy. Developing the knowledge and skills programs of the LW/M operations workforce in order to ensure that it can meet its current and future business objectives. This function defines the training policy and monitors the execution and quality of the training programs in the operations area and delivers the subject matter expertise regarding selecting appropriate and effective training methodologies and activities. I'm also responsible for monitoring and acting upon operational training programs being on track, best practices are shared across facilities and that documentation is maintained by the owners. As a professional Education Officer HRD I developed an intervention plan for Hearthside Europe as a learning organization. With a project team that I put together, I systematically implemented the intervention plan in the organization. The learning organization is an organization that conscious policy for its employees to the learning ability at all levels and to enhance on a continuous basis to optimize its effectiveness '. The Education Officer helps Hearthside Europe to grow by building on a diverse range of training and development opportunities for all employees within the organization. The Education Officer advising management and managing board at tactical and strategic level on interventions in the field of Learning & Development and interventions at team and organization level. Preparation planning and/ or project management of training programs, monitoring and evaluation of Learning & Development goals. My other activities mainly consist of: To delve into topics and systems for Learning & Development by studying background material. Make proposals for and / or design education, training and courses for the different target groups. Develop and write plans of approach and tenders. Developing and expanding areas of expertise and being able to formulate and disseminate an opion on this. Evaluate education and training against the quality requirements. Maintaining external contacts.
Als professionele onderwijsdeskundige HRD heb ik een trainingsplan/ strategie ontwikkeld, geïmplementeerd en online (learning application) voor Farm Frites op basis van wettelijke verplichtingen/ training, functionele training, poptraining en wensen van de organisatie en/ of klanten (audits). Ook heb ik interne trainingsprogramma's ontwikkeld of vernieuwd, op basis van het goed gekeurde trainingsplan voor alle uitvoerende functies binnen Operations, zodat de werknemers de juiste competenties behouden of verkrijgen. (gedrag, technische kennis en vaardigheden) Mijn functie behoort tot de afdeling Operations. De Opleidingscoördinator OPS (operations) is lid van het Operationeel Management Team (OMT) en rapporteert aan de manufacturing Manager en werkt nauw samen met Operations, TD, OPEX en HR in verband met het opstellen, plannen en geven van trainingen en instructies aan de medewerkers en contractors binnen OPS. Mijn overige werkzaamheden bestaan voornamlijk uit: Traint medewerkers (OPS breed), of laat dit doen, op gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit/hygiëne, milieu zodat zij conform regelgeving en procedures kunnen werken. Houdt hiervan een administratie bij; Ontwikkel en bepaalt in overleg met de Manufacturing Manager de benodigde jaarbudgetten en stemt de trainingen af op het goedgekeurde budget; Signaleert de opleidingsbehoeften buiten de verplichte opleidingen op: draagt daarmee actief bij aan een vergroting van de (vak)kennis binnen OPS; Adviseert inzake specifieke (externe) trainingen.
Training 2008-2014 Vanaf 2008 ben ik trainer/coach/opleider/assessor geweest binnen de afdeling Operations Training. Mijn werkzaamheden bestaan hoofdzakelijk uit: Procesvoering continue optimaliseren gebruikmakend van LEAN technieken zoals 5S, VSM, SMED en Continuous improvement; Opleiden van (nieuwe) operators, analysten en technicians; Ondersteuning geven bij het analyseren van procesproblemen; Inventariseren van de opleidingsbehoeften met de BU Managers; Ontwikkelen nieuwe trainingsmaterialen eventueel voortkomend uit projecten; Verzorgen, toetsen en bijsturen van technische, analytische en operationele trainingen; Testen en implementeren nieuw equipement / Process Control software (Siemens PCS 7); Bewaken en borgen van standaarden volgens de GMP's; Coachen studenten VAPRO / CGO opleidingen; Rapportage en administreren van het gehele proces; Onderhouden van het "centre of expertice" netwerken binnen Philip Morris International.
