My role at Football Talents focused on player - and coach development. Having been an expat in Shanghai for over 3 years has given me vasts amounts of skills - both personal and professional. I was responsible for a wide range of things including; the development of relations in China; wellbeing and growth of trainees; the success of the development program. I reported into the Head of Youth Development and enjoyed stakeholder management.
After completing a successful assignment in the US, I was asked to join Shanghai Leader - the largest football education company in China where I was responsible for the hands-on training, coaching and maximizing the performance of aspiring professional football players. I was in charge of the Football curriculum that educated 1200+ young football players.
