As a Business Development Executive, I am responsible for winning new business by selling the recruitment consultancy services of BMS Performance to clients across the Midlands and the North. Clients range from early start-ups to blue chip companies with a focus on IT, Media & Publishing, Events, Financial Services, Business Services and Products, and the FMCG market.
- Directly sourcing candidates through effective attraction methods - Screening CV’s and identifying suitable candidates for graduate positions - Conducting telephone interview process - Developing an extensive candidate network - Holding weekly assessment centres in numerous locations to select graduate candidates and introducing candidates to prospective clients - Internal stakeholder management with National & Key Account Managers and Consultants to achieve recruitment objectives - Supporting new starter training through assisting with new processes and programmes
