Overview of fundamental and quantitative analysis across the global fixed income spectrum: Sovereign, Corporate Investment grade and High Yield, Distressed, Emerging Market Debt and Alternatives. Coverage of various issuers to maximize risk/return potential of investments, leading to more alpha generation. Ensuring a thematic, rigorous and surgical suite of appropriate diversification tenants to deliver on revenue sources through portfolio diversification.
• Perform Money Market operations that include ensuring trades from all outside institutions are coordinated efficiently and in a timely manner. • Strong understanding of computer programs and software’s including TooGood, Pacer, CashMan, Axis legacy. Within these technological frameworks the duty is to enter all trades including bonds, equities, and money market instruments accurately in addition to maintaining the databases on a day to day basis. • Resolving settlement issues with portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, and traders to ensure that the operations are achieved to the highest quality standard. • Ensure that all proxy related items for each investment team has been submitted and verified accurately. • Advise and make necessary adjustments to each respective investments team portfolio when corporate action activities arise.
