Responsible for the global development, maintenance, implementation, training, and support of International Contract Settlements System. Main responsibilities: 1. Project Lead activities: leading teams of JDE/ ICSS Business Analysts during implementation projects, resource leveling, schedule development, tracking project timelines, milestones & critical path tasks; monitor and report budget and costs, manage issues and risks etc. 2. Team Lead activities: oversee the ongoing work done within the ICSS Receipts & Settlements team. 3. Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop ICSS. 5. Plan modifications, interfaces and reports to software applications and consult with users, third party software suppliers, and applications support personnel and programming staff when researching potential solutions. 6. Goal of the project was to implement JD Edwards solution within European chocolate factories: France, Germany, Netherlands. Role/responsibilities: 1. Team lead in the area of Inventory Management, Inbound Management and Planning and Manufacturing Tasks performed during rollout projects: - Gap-fit analyses - Data collection - Key and end-users training - System configuration - System testing - Data conversion - Security set-up - User's support 2. Compliance and Control activities: - Information Protection Certification for shared applications. - JD Edwards user rights update within Europe: goal of this project was to identify rights conflicts and set-up appropriate access for users groups according to segregation of duties polices.
