- Buy from CMOs and ensure shipment to Teva affiliates and 3rd party customers - Enter and control data input in SAP - Monitor market forecast and interrogate in case of deviations regarding forecasts / sales Conduct multi-site/multi-market and multi-level planning for biological products - Achieve 99% service level for commercially marketed products - Define annual quantities and deliver rolling forecast to suppliers and sites - Coordinate dates with suppliers, for PO issue purposes and for future changes - Agree market safety stock level per SKU - Send Technical Specification to suppliers with all PO, and coordinate with internal areas and suppliers changes & last versions - Monitor available stock on hand - Avoid write-offs and destructions by initiating re-pack-actions or supporting the market regarding solutions like special sale campaigns in the countries - Ensure Inventory, Purchase Order & Master Data management in SAP
- daily replenishment planning activities to ensure product availability in DC’s - managing and monitoring product shelf life - monitoring forecast and actual sales performance - alerting the supply chain in case of backorder or risk of shortage - optimizing and identifying supply chain efficiencies - leading product life-cycle projects - collaboration with suppliers
- Support country demand reviews - Direct responsibility for product availability - Direct responsibility for stock level and optimization - Provide input to MPS on replenishment plants for manufacturing - Responsible for rebalancing inventory in short supply situations - Handle phase in / phase out projects - Support new product introduction - Maintain demand planning parameters - Optimize statistical forecast
Key areas of responsibility: - creation and execution of Master Production Schedule based on forecast and customers orders - coordinate the flow of materials needed for current production - prepare material requirement planning (MRP) - manage relations with suppliers from China and Europe – forecasting, ordering, shipment monitoring and cost reductions - control and optimization stocks of raw material and finished goods - monthly/weekly analysis realization of the production target and verify the data - control of slow moving, dying and dead stock inventory, management to reduce dead stock
