10+ years building products people use and leading global teams. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to complex problems - acting fast, cutting through the noise. Fluent in boardroom and code, I keep a close eye on emerging technology and turn it into practical solutions. I drive automation initiatives that make work smarter and outcomes tangible. Over the last ~12 months, most of my time has gone into two technical tracks running in parallel: 1) As a business product owner, I lead an internal SaaS effort built on a Salesforce instance with a connected web frontend. The execution sits with dedicated Salesforce and web development teams; I own scope, roadmap, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and the data backbone behind it. 2) Hands-on, I build agent-driven internal tools in Cursor + Python - small data and document products that turn recurring work into "trigger → agent → verified output" loops, with the human checking the result rather than producing it. Alongside this, I track AI developments closely, run regular short AI sessions for my teams, and lead longer AI training sessions for internal stakeholders. After hours, I keep a personal sandbox site where I ship things end-to-end (AI-coding setup → GitHub → Vercel), including a few small educational mini-games I built for fun.
Internal product ownership (SaaS + web). Business owner of an internal product built on a Salesforce instance with a connected web frontend. Set scope and roadmap, align senior stakeholders, and steer dedicated Salesforce and web development teams from problem framing to release. Own adoption, the data backbone, and the analytics layer. Agentic workflows, hands-on. Designing and shipping agent-driven internal tools in Cursor + Python. The pattern is "trigger → agent → verified output": recurring work (data refresh, enrichment, document generation, dashboard build) runs end-to-end with the human validating output instead of producing it. AI training for teams and stakeholders. Two formats running in parallel: regular short AI sessions for my own teams (hands-on tooling, prompting patterns, what is working in current builds), and longer AI training sessions for wider internal stakeholder groups. Both lean toward usable practice. People and program leadership. Lead a global team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across functions. Develop people through real product and AI work.
