Design and Configuration of the Network, Data Center and Security infrastructure devices including Routers and Switches, ACI Solutions. • Managing and Configuring Cisco ACI, Nexus 9K, Catalyst 9200, 9300 & C1121 Routers • Configuring Tenant, VRF, Fabric and Access policies, EPGs, Bridge Domains on Cisco ACI with L2 out and L3 out. • Configuring VPC, Back to Back VPC, Ether Channel, RSTP, MSTP, Security features on Cisco and Nexus Switches respectively. • Configuring TACACS, Dot1x, MAB, Profiling, VPN, Authentication and Authorization Policies on ISE. • Providing Level 3 and Level 2 support for the Network and Datacenter Infrastructure. • Migration of traditional network into Cisco ACI solution and managing multiple data center fabric through NDO. • Preparation of HLD, LLD, As-built and SOP during the project phase.
Working with Client location as Part of L3 Technical support at Global Network Operations Centre at Société Générale Bank, responsible for managing the LAN, WAN and wireless Infrastructure Performing Change related activities (EMEA Region DR, NAT, Device reboot, Firewall HA Normalization, AMER Nexus OS/SMU Upgrade etc.,) Proficient in LAN switching, STP, VTP, VPC, Port Security and implementing LAN redundancy with Switch stacking. VPC, LACP Port bundling configuration as per the request from IAS server teams. Having knowledge of Cisco Nexus ACI fabric technologies Working End user related tickets and providing solution with them if needed raise a Change in order to fix it. VLAN, ACL, VRF, Route & BGP prefixes Creation & deletion as per the Change management request As a NOC support, handling Paris Control Tower calls are being picked actively and working with them in order to provide technical queries for any urgent issues and escalations. Performing Nexus Switches Upgradation. Troubleshooting for STP, OSPF, BGP, AP, WLC, Link down, Packet loss & latency issues Knowledge of IPsec VPN, Load Balancer, Sky High Proxies Conducting Periodical redundancy checks of switches, routers & WAN links Monitoring critical WAN links & Working Closely with different ISPs like (OBS, BT, Sify, Colt, Lumen Technologies) for quicker resolutions of issues. Working with Different vendor Cisco TAC, BT, Dimension Data for hardware related issues and RMA Incident Management - Resolve incidents; escalate to other IT teams and vendors. Co-ordinate incidents to resolution. Problem Management - Identify problems proactively and provide inputs to Problem Management for problem resolution.
