Collaborated with development managers on a range of hotels and multifamily development projects. My role involved providing support in areas such as budget management, loan draw processing, FF&E, site plan overviews, permits and entitlements.
Worked on the capital markets team to help secure debt and equity financing for real estate projects and acquisitions. Through market analysis and underwriting, we worked to formulate creative financing options for deals across the country.
Assisted Capital Markets team in securing over $100 MM worth of commercial real estate debt. Worked with investment sales and debt team. Helped underwrite several acquisitions and developments including retail, multifamily, office and industrial assets. Capstone Project: We had to put together and present a BOV to the entire office for an office building in the Salt Lake City market. Gathered data and ran a full financial evaluation for the property.
I supported the investor relations team by: -helping build out and update the CRM -Created marketing materials for potential investors -Helped manage an educational webinar series on commercial real estate and fund investing
