Lead a team of 25+ RF, electrical, and mechanical engineers to execute on RF/mm-wave programs and product development.
Manage development and production of microwave and millimeter wave components in a unique fabrication technology. Active Portfolio of ~60 production part numbers, with >30 additional in development at present. Responsible for financial, schedule, technical aspects as well as customer satisfaction.
I lead a design group of 8-10 engineers encompassing several disciplines. Responsible for executing on various programs in a matrix-style design group. This design group covers RF/microwave and mechanical design and simulation, PCB design and layout, PolyStrata mask layout among others. Responsible for technology development, design rule formulation and maintenance, technical leadership, and some light program management.
