I am fortunate to have worked with many different production systems and feeding programs, as well as a wide range of egg production goals and specialty markets. My background in leadership and team management comes from my years as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, as an military policeman, SRT operator, and foreign weapons instructor. Eggs are a vital part of our daily menu, and I will always work to spread the good news of Egg Nutrition and promote Egg Consumption!
I support egg and pullet operations with technical service and management regarding the Hy-line and Lohmann varieties in the Northeast.
Working with farmers and operators, I supported the H&N Nick Chick through technical service and flock maximization. Strong performance and egg quality drive the flock profit curve, and I helped producers towards to breed excellence with the H&N Nick Chick.
I worked with our layer and pullet feed customers to drive their performance, compliance, and welfare. From procurement and nutrition, to logistics and veterinary support, I helped our customers drive layer performance and welfare.
I managed all day-to-day egg and pullet production functions of Dutchland Farms, to include flock scheduling, bird health and welfare, and layer flock management. I led our team of flock service technicians to provide leading flock service and production management to the Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic regions.
