  • Global Economics Intern at Frontier Strategy Group
    Feb 2018 - Apr 2018 · 3 mos

I designed a model to forecast exchange rates, now used by the company's global network of analysts. It allows most currencies worldwide to be compared, both to the USD and using cross rates and forecasts future values using relative purchasing power parity. I designed a model to generate, present and adjust income brackets, generated from a Lorenz curve for Latin American countries. This model is used by the Latin America focussed analysts now and will be adjusted for Asean. I created multiple presentations and slides, used for presentations in front of clients and colleagues. I researched and compiled data used by the Global Economics team for client focussed presentations and blog posts.

I independently organized and led multiple stakeholder events, both on the conceptual and the organizational side of the project.

  • Marketing and Fundrasing Intern at Schweizer Paraplegiker Stiftung
    Jan 2016 - Jun 2016 · 6 mos

I interned at the Schweizer Paraplegiker-Stiftung (Swiss Paraplegic Foundation). My position was in the «Gönnermarketing und Fundraising» (benefactor marketing and fundraising). It was a very interesting and eye opening time, in which I was able to gain experience in online marketing and the general workings of non profit marketing. I was asked to write multiple texts, to be published on both the foundation's website, as well as their facebook page. I was tasked with developing several concepts for marketing measures and given the responsibility for communications of the foundations activities inside the organization. I worked on the monthly reporting, gaining experience in financial reporting of an NGO as well.
