On my way to create an impact in construction robotics.
Sitegeist offers an autonomous and modular construction robot capable of addressing the skilled worker shortage, starting with concrete renovation in the construction industry.
As part of my work at TU Munich, I am co-founding Sitegeist, where we leverage cutting-edge research to develop intelligent, safe, and modular robots for construction sites. My focus is on software development, environmental understanding, and ensuring safety, contributing to innovations that improve both productivity and worker safety in the construction industry.
At TUM I am leading the development of a construction robot at the chair of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Embedded Systems. The tasks include supervising labs for master and bachelor students, testing hardware and algorithms, and developing the robot system.
During my time at Robotise, I had the exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the Robot Operation Center. I took charge of providing technical support for the cutting-edge mobile service robot, JEEVES. I also was responsible for client communication and got the opportunity to assist with management tasks. I also ventured into the world of software development, where I contributed to the state machine governing our second robot, MUULES. My time at Robotise provided me with the ideal mix of startup experience, technical skills and an in-depth understanding of the dynamic mobile robotics market.
